Once you sign up for either the 12-week program or the coaching program, you’ll receive a welcome email with all the details to get started. I’ll personally reach out to schedule our first 1-on-1 video call, where we’ll discuss your goals, assess your situation, and tailor your training plan to fit your needs. Alongside this, you’ll gain access to the WhatsApp community, where you can connect with others, share updates, and receive continuous support.
I don’t just provide a generic workout plan, I go further than traditional training by focussing on the unique needs of your goals and body. I focus on injury prevention, recovery, and building strength in a way that’s tailored specifically to you.
In our first 1-on-1 video call, we’ll assess your situation and training possibilities. Many aspects training can be done outside of a gym or from home. Whether you have access to gym equipment or not, the program is tailored to fit your environment and needs.
In the coaching program, your training is very dynamic. We have weekly video calls where we review your progress, discuss any challenges, and make adjustments to your plan as needed.
In the 12-week program, you’ll receive a single, personalised program that you can follow, track, and log your progress in the app. While there are no formal adjustments throughout the 12 weeks, you can adjust the weights, sets, and reps as needed based on your progress.
You’ll have access to weekly challenges to keep you engaged and motivated. It’s also a space where you can connect with others, share your progress, ask questions, and receive support from both me and your fellow participants. This community offers an added layer of accountability, encouragement, and motivation.
Definitely! The program will be designed with injury prevention and recovery in mind. As a physiotherapist, I can assess your specific injuries and tailor a program to your needs. Whether you're dealing with a past injury or ongoing discomfort, we'll work together to modify exercises and ensure your plan is both safe and effective.
